300-square-foot Basement Transformation
We transformed a 300-square-foot room in the basement into a versatile workshop and gym space for our client, tailored to meet both functionality and aesthetics. The project included a comprehensive range of tasks to ensure the space was fully optimized:
- Framing and Insulation: We carefully framed the room to establish a solid structural foundation, followed by installing high-quality insulation to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round and provide soundproofing.
- Drywall Installation: Smooth and durable drywall was installed to create clean, professional walls, which were then finished and painted to the client’s desired color scheme.
- Electrical Work: The room was outfitted with a custom electrical system, including strategically placed outlets and lighting fixtures to ensure ample illumination and convenience for both gym and workshop activities.
- Commercial Sink Installation: A sleek and functional commercial sink was integrated to provide a practical solution for cleaning up after messy workshop projects or gym sessions.
- Barn Door Addition: We installed a stylish barn door, adding a modern, space-saving feature that enhances both accessibility and aesthetic appeal.
- Epoxy Flooring: The floor was finished with a durable epoxy coating, chosen for its high resistance to wear, ease of maintenance, and polished, professional appearance.
This transformation turned an underutilized basement space into a functional, stylish, and multipurpose area perfectly suited to our client’s needs.
Master Bathroom Remodel
Our team specializes in transforming outdated spaces into luxurious, functional retreats. For this project, we’re replacing the old built-in tub with a sleek and modern free-standing tub, creating a centerpiece that combines comfort and style. To enhance the aesthetic, we’ll install brand-new tiles that complement the design, adding texture and elegance to the walls and floors.
A new mirror with integrated lighting will not only brighten the space but also bring a contemporary touch and practical functionality for everyday use. We’re also upgrading the shower area with a custom frameless glass enclosure, offering a clean, modern look that maximizes the sense of openness.

New Master Bathroom and Closet
We are in the process of creating a brand-new master bathroom and walk-in closet for our client, designed to enhance both functionality and luxury. The demolition phase has been successfully completed, ensuring a clean slate to bring the vision to life. Additionally, the framing stage is finished, establishing the foundational structure for the space.
The master bathroom will feature modern design elements, high-end fixtures, and a layout optimized for comfort and style. Meanwhile, the closet will be customized to include ample storage solutions, tailored to the client’s needs, with built-in shelving, hanging racks, and other organizational features.
As we move into the next phases of construction, we will focus on plumbing, electrical work, insulation, and drywall to prepare the space for the finishing touches. This project is progressing on schedule, and we’re excited to deliver a sophisticated and functional retreat for our client.
Ice Cream Shop Remodeling Project
For this ice cream shop remodeling project, we’re transforming the space to enhance both the customer experience and the shop’s functionality. The project involves a complete overhaul, including demolition, new construction, electrical upgrades, and custom finishing touches.

Demolition
We’ll start by demolishing select existing structures within the shop to clear space for the new layout. This step will allow us to efficiently reconfigure the space and bring in fresh, modern features.New Bar Construction
A brand-new bar will be constructed, designed to be both functional and visually appealing. The bar will serve as a central feature, providing customers with an inviting area to order and sample the shop’s offerings.Additional Display/Fridge
The client requested an additional display and fridge to showcase more ice cream flavors. This new feature will increase storage capacity, allowing the shop to introduce a broader variety of flavors to attract customers and meet demand.Framing a Feature Wall for TV
A new feature wall will be framed to incorporate a TV. This wall will add a modern touch to the shop’s decor and create a dynamic focal point for the space, enhancing the customer experience.Electrical and Lighting Upgrades
We’ll replace the existing electrical system to accommodate the new appliances and lighting. Upgraded lighting will be strategically installed to highlight display areas, enhance visibility, and create an inviting ambiance.Floor Leveling and Tile Installation
To ensure durability and a clean finish, we’ll level the entire floor. The leveled floor will then be covered with high-quality tiles chosen for both aesthetics and functionality. The same tile will also be applied to the front of the new bar, creating a cohesive look across the space.Quartz Countertops
Quartz countertops will be installed on the new bar, adding elegance, durability, and easy maintenance. These countertops provide a polished, high-end appearance that complements the rest of the design.
