Estimates and contracts
Requesting an estimate or a consultation through the site does not create a contract and does not obligate you or us to start any work. Free consultations and estimates are offered with no obligation.
Any estimate we give is based on the information available at the time and may change after a site visit, design decisions or the discovery of conditions that were not visible before work began. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for any project are set only in a written agreement signed by you and Verified Builders. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Warranty
Warranty coverage for our work is provided only as stated in your signed agreement. Nothing on the site creates a separate warranty. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided by their manufacturers.
Forms and communications
When you submit a form or contact us, please give accurate information. You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text message at the details you provide to respond to your request and to schedule and discuss your project. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.
Photos, reviews and content
The text, photos, videos, logos and other content on the site belong to Verified Builders or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.
Project photos show work we have completed. Reviews and testimonials reflect the experience of individual clients and are not a guarantee of results on your project.
Links to other websites
The site links to third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Yelp and Houzz. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
